What happens if an item I order is out of stock?As our product range includes over 17,000 products it is not always possible to have all products in stock at our warehouse. We endeavour to flag products in our online catalogue when they are temporarily out of stock, however, occasionally products may be out of stock after you have placed your order. We will contact you by phone or email to seek your instructions – either to cancel the product, split your order and place the item/s on backorder, wait for the product to come back into stock or provide an alternative product option.

How do I know if my order was successful?If you have submitted an order and are unsure if it was successful, please check your email for the Pharmacy Direct confirmation email. This email will be titled "Pharmacy Direct- Order # " and will be sent from pharmacy@pharmacydirect.com.au. If you are still unable to find this email, please check your junk/spam. If you still can't locate your order confirmation, please log into your account on our website and have a look at your order history.

What forms of payment do you accept?Pharmacy Direct accepts major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Afterpay, Zippay and Latitude Pay. For your peace of mind, credit card information is not stored on our servers. Once you pay for your order, your credit card details are encrypted and processed through a PCI Compliant Payment Gateway. If you are uneasy about entering your card details online you can contact us on 1300 934 785 where our customer service team will be happy to take your order over the phone.

What are the expiry dates on products sold?Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products. Stock is checked and replenished on a daily basis. The products supplied have expiry dates of between 3 months to 3 years to give you a suitable amount of time to use them. Please bear this in mind if you intend to order in bulk

How can I check the status of my order?All of your orders will be logged and saved within your account so that you can check on the progress of your order. By signing into your account and clicking into My Order, Order History this will provide you with the most recent updates on your orders. The following statuses will show on the order: Invoiced: This confirms that your order and payment has been received, and is in the stage of being sent to our warehouse for picking and packing.
