My order was damaged on arrival, how do I return it?
If you have received a damaged item, please take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving. From the My Account/Order History section on our website, you can submit your return request. Alternatively please contact our Customer Care Center for assistance on 1300 934 785 or by email pharmacy@pharmacydirect.com.au
